The brushless rotating exciter eliminates all sliding contact surfaces. No brush replacement schedule, no arcing risk—maintenance demand across the full generator set service life is reduced to periodic inspection.

The integrated AVR regulates output voltage within ±1% from no-load to full load, compatible with leading third-party AVR modules and LISITE's own regulation hardware.

Skewed stator slots and impregnated windings reduce harmonic distortion and extend thermal service life. Single-bearing and two-bearing configurations available to match OEM coupling geometry.

180 °C thermal rating on stator and rotor windings. Continuous duty at rated ambient without derating. Vacuum-pressure impregnated for moisture and vibration resistance.

IP23 standard for open-ventilated generator set enclosures. IP44 available for sites with particulate or water-splash exposure. Both ratings factory-tested per IEC 60034-5.

Mounting dimensions and SAE bell-housing interfaces match major market frame standards. LISITE alternators qualify into existing OEM tooling and coupling plates without retooling.
